2020–2026 TRANSIT CARGO · T-250 / T-350 · 148″ WB · HIGH ROOF

One van. One geometry standard.

The planned first release is deliberately narrow: the 2020–2026 Transit T-250/T-350 single-rear-wheel cargo van, 148-inch wheelbase, non-extended high roof. The outline will be captured in 3D, rebuilt in CAD, and released only after a full-scale physical test fit.

ONE SOURCE OF TRUTH

From point cloud to shop floor.

Every output will come from the same registered 3D capture and version-controlled CAD outline, so the CNC file and paper pattern stay aligned.

01

Structured-light capture

Registered scan stations, fiducial targets, and control dimensions capture the bare cargo floor and both wheel wells.

02

CAD reconstruction

The point cloud is cleaned into a production outline, then exported as DXF, SVG, full-scale PDF, and 4×8 nesting guidance.

03

Full-scale proof

A complete pattern is printed and physically positioned in the exact target configuration before any product is released.

04

Fitment release notes

Model years, drive layout, vehicle configuration, test-fit status, revision, and known exceptions are published before payment.

USEFUL EVEN IF YOU NEVER BUY

A 10-minute check before you cut plywood.

A template can remove tracing work, but it cannot identify every floor, door, seat, or upfit variation. Record these six items before committing an expensive sheet.

  1. 01Confirm the body. Record the model year, 148-inch wheelbase, roof height, and non-extended body from the vehicle—not from the listing.
  2. 02Photograph the starting floor. Capture door openings, wheel wells, tie-downs, seat hardware, factory mats, and any previous-owner changes.
  3. 03Choose the finished stack first. Insulation, battens, plywood thickness, and edge trim can change clearances and seam locations.
  4. 04Mark every keep-out. Treat drilling and fastening as a separate safety decision. Check the correct Ford documentation before making holes.
  5. 05Plan sheet seams. Make sure each seam lands where it can be supported and joined without blocking service access.
  6. 06Test the hardest corner. Verify one wheel-well or door-area profile in cheap material before transferring the full outline.

THE RELEASE STANDARD

“Physically validated” should mean something.

We won’t label a file validated because it looks right on a screen. V1 must pass the same chain every time: calibrated 3D capture, CAD reconstruction, a full-scale physical fit check, and a documented revision review.

  • Exact target configuration and model year recorded
  • Point cloud registered against physical control dimensions
  • Full-size pattern positioned and checked in the van
  • Revision and known exceptions published before purchase

Current status: demand validation. The V1 validation target is 2020–2026 T-250/T-350 SRW cargo vans with a 148-inch wheelbase, non-extended high roof, and factory cargo floor. That scope is not yet a compatibility claim.
