A CNC-cut Transit subfloor for $495.
TrueFit is selecting one local Ford Transit owner for its first physical fit-validation build. You drop off an empty van with the steel floor exposed. You pick it up with three labeled 12 mm Baltic-birch plywood panels, cut and dry-fitted to your cargo floor.

The narrow fitment is intentional. This first vehicle establishes the production geometry for one configuration.

THE DELIVERABLE
The plywood is the product.
The scanning, measurement checks, proofs and fabrication coordination are TrueFit’s work behind the scenes.
Three CNC-cut panels
12 mm exterior-glue Baltic birch, divided into manageable rear, center and front panels.
Labeled and traceable
Panel position, orientation, vehicle fitment and production revision marked on the underside.
Dry-fitted before pickup
The panels are checked in the van for clearance, flat placement and consistent seams before we call you.
ONE DROP-OFF
We handle the work between drop-off and pickup.
- 01Confirm and schedule
We verify the configuration, have a 10-minute call and agree on the drop-off date.
- 02Drop off the cleared van
Bring it to Northwest Philadelphia with the cargo area empty and removable mat already removed.
- 03TrueFit measures and fabricates
We capture the floor, build the production outline, coordinate the CNC cut and resolve what is needed for the fit.
- 04Pick up after the dry fit passes
We contact you when the three plywood panels meet the written fit standard.
WHY $495?
A real product at a founding-customer price.
Comparable pre-cut bare plywood kits begin above this pilot price. The discount reflects that this is TrueFit’s first physical validation vehicle and that the van must remain available through the dry-fit check.
You receive the accepted plywood panels. TrueFit receives permission to use anonymized measurements, fit notes and de-identified cargo-area photos to improve the geometry. Public use of your name, face, plate or testimonial is optional.
